    Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) announced the latest draw for the month. The draw was declared on August 10, 2023, and issued 615 letters of advice. This draws Skilled Workers In Manitoba stream has targeted the  Occupation-specific candidates amongst the NOC 2021 major groups of (94) Machine operators, assemblers and inspectors in processing, manufacturing and printing and (95) Labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.

    Highlights of the Latest MPNP Draw

    • As per the latest trend in the MPNP draws the authorities are targeting specific occupations.
    • In the hierarchy, this time the stream has targeted specific occupations from 94) Machine operators, assemblers and inspectors in processing, manufacturing and printing and (95) Labourers in processing, manufacturing and utilities.
    • 249 letters to apply (LAA) have been issued to the applicants who are working in these particular occupations.
    • On the other side, 279 LAAs have been issued to other occupation holders.
    • The major difference between these draws is the difference in the cut-off. Despite having the same stream draws there is a major 42 points difference have been seen.
    • On the other end, international students and skilled workers overseas stream have invited a total of 87 candidates.
