The Masters & PhD Graduate Stream, one of the highly sought-after immigration pathways, is designed for international students who have completed their post-secondary education in Ontario. Applicants must have graduated from a Master’s or PhD program at an eligible Ontario university to be eligible for this stream. In the recent draw, candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 48 and above were invited to apply, prioritizing those with high potential to contribute to the Ontario economy.
Similarly, the PhD Graduate Stream targets international students who have completed their doctoral studies at an eligible Ontario university. In the latest draw, PhD graduates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of more than 39 were provided with the opportunity to apply for Ontario PNP nomination. This stream aims to retain highly skilled individuals who have already integrated into the province’s academic and research communities.
