    British Columbia Announced the Latest Draw Inviting 232+ Candidates

    British Columbia province invited 232+ aspirants from different categories in the latest draw. It is the first of the month and third of the year Tech draw held on February 14, 2023. Target tech occupations invited 183 candidates. Whereas, 49+ candidates received invitations from targeted occupations.

     Highlights of the Latest Draw

    • The second draw of the month and the first tech-occupations draw nominated inland and outland candidates.
    • Overall it is the fourth general draw (including tech occupations) and sixth under the targeted occupations.
    • As this is the third tech occupation-oriented draw of the year and the with this latest one, more than 250+ tech professionals have been invited already by the province.
    • Before the new TEER system, there were 29 tech occupations. Whereas, with the latest TEER system changes the occupations have increased by 35 occupations.
    • Interestingly in this draw, the minimum cut-off score is been reduced to the previous draws.
    • The last tech occupations draw was held on January 31, 2023, and the minimum score was 85 points. whereas, in the recent draw the minimum score decreased by 3 points and declare at 82 points.
    • On the other side, both targeted occupations (Childcare & Healthcare) scores also decreased by 5 points and closed at 55 points.
    • It is also expected that the next draw, which may be going to announce on February 21, 2023, under the General stream. There are likely chances that may also be going down than the last draws.
