Act Critical Skills List January 2021: the ACT Critical Skills List was updated on 11th January 2021.

Ranking and Selection Process of The Year 2021-21:

• January 2021 critical skills listed occupations which nominated from the matrix and those which are invited to apply for the nomination will be selected only
• If the nominated occupation was removed from the January 2021 Critical Skills List then the matrix will not select and it will be lapsed automatically after 6 months
• Especially the visa holders of subclass 457/482 and have the matrix score of 60+ points will get the invitation to apply for the ACT nomination

Overseas Aspirants:

• For the overseas applicant still the Canberra Matrix will continue to remain close until the further update

Act Nomination Place:

• There is a limitation of the number of nomination places are available as a result, the policy has decided to strictly enforced the only one ACT nomination place on per applicant
• An invitation will not be issued to those applicants who has been previously nominated by the ACT or if their invitation is on active mode/application is running in the system

• The next matrix invitation round is supposed to be declared on this Friday 15th January 2021
• The matrix will come under the rank if only the applicants’ occupations has been added or remained in the Critical Skills List of ACT. Or if the applicants meet the 457/482 visa subclass criteria.

• Visa Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional – 598 places
• Visa Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated – 702 places

Allocation Remains on 1st January 2021
