IRCC Launches Category-Based Selection Draw for Express Entry
VACs Canada is opening from 20th November in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Delhi, Jalandhar, Mumbai.
In a new tweet, the government stated it will schedule limited biometrics appointments in Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru.
Priority will be given to international students and family class applicants.
Biometrics will be resuming for those who are exempt from Canada’s coronavirus travel restrictions. As a result, those candidates who are exempted from the travel restrictions are now going to submit their biometrics and complete their final immigration application which eventually supports them to travel to Canada.
Previously, Canada has exempted the travel restrictions for international students and Family class skilled worker immigrants on 20th October, 2020 but due to the unavailability of VACs candidates were unable to proceed.
As per the Government’s tweet, they are not going to allow the walk-in candidates at the centre. Appointments must be booked before the visit.
