Victoria is Open to Applying for Australia PR

As per the recent update, the Victoria Skilled Nomination Program is open for the year 2023 – 24. Registration of Interest (ROI) is necessary to submit to be considered for the state nomination. However, it is advisable to cross-check the eligibility for the subclass 190 and the subclass 491.

The selection of the candidates for the Victoria state nomination is based on the information that is submitted in the SkillSelect EOI and ROI. However, candidates need to understand that the ROI does not mean an application for the Victoria Visa Nomination. Moreover, the assessment of ROI is based on the information that is submitted in SkillSelect EOI. As a result, EOI must be accurate and up to date.

Registration of Interest Submission (ROI)

There are certain parameters applicable to the declaration.

• Those candidates who have submitted their ROI for subclass 190 of the 2022-23 program are exempted from submitting new ROI for the program year 2023-24. However, those aspirants should ensure that the EOI has been submitted correctly.
• On the other end, those candidates who have submitted their ROI for subclass 491, need to submit the new ROI for the program year 2023-24.

• Hospitality and tourism – for the 491 visa
