IRCC Launches Category-Based Selection Draw for Express Entry

As per the recent update until the Federal Budget is delivered on 6th October 2020 the Commonwealth Department of Home Affairs has provided a limited number of skilled visa and business visa nominations to the Government of South Australia.
One of the significant updates which aspirants need to consider is that from now an invitation will be sent to the prospective applicants to submit their online applications with EOIs which is meeting up the priorities of Commonwealth and South Australia. The prospective applicants will be able to submit their Expression of Interest (EOIs) to the Department of Home Affairs Skill Select system.
The department has also understood the value of interim 491 Visas and 190 Visa nominations which are not only to support priorities South Australia’s economic recovery but also their public health response. State nomination requirements will be published by The Government of South Australia on 27th August 2020 whereas they will start reviewing the EOIs and giving the invitations to submit an online application by 31st August 2020.
To Benefit South Australia’s economy, local businesses, and the workforce the allocation of interim 188 visas and 132 visa nominations is intended to support the outcomes of its Business Innovation & Investment Program. The purpose of the program is to look for high-quality business owners and entrepreneurs who can create genuine and sustainable business opportunities in South Australia.
The Government of South Australia will announce the State Nomination requirements on the same day when they will going to publish skilled migration nominations that 27th August 2020 whereas from 7th September 2020 onward they will going to commence the assessments of Intention to Apply submissions and afterward start sending an invitation on submitted applications.
