The continued draws from the province are not only attracting more and more overseas migrants but also raising a question among them that how they can apply for the BCPNP program. As an applicant, if you are targeting to Move to Canada as a permanent resident then definitely British Columbia should be in your list. However, you must know that the province will only accept your application if you have obtained a valid job offer letter from any British Columbian employer or previously worked for any BC Employer or you have done a full-time study from any designated institute of the province. Students who are planning to Study in Canada should have to apply to provincial institutes because they may have the best chance to get Canada PR based on their studies and provincial work experience.
