    As per the recent update from the government, the gap between 2 COVID 19 vaccine doses has been reduced from 12-16 weeks to 4 weeks especially for the abroad going students.

    The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has declared the relaxation between the time period of two COVISHILED vaccine doses. The announcement is been applicable for the people who are falling in the certain categories. The categories include traveling abroad candidates who are going for study, jobs and/or to the Japan Olympics.

    Documentation for The Vaccination

    As per the update by the ministry, each district need to ensure that at least 28 days should be passed after the first dose of COVISHIELD Vaccine. In addition, the ministry has also said that the vaccination may also be availed through passport because the passport number is printed in the certificate which is been issued after being vaccinated.

    It also needs to be taken care of that the relaxation of the second dosage of the COVISHIELD Vaccine is only valid for the students who are going to trave internationally for the specific purpose until 31st August 2021.
