A Review on Canada Express Entry and PNP Draws for August 2022

By holding two Express Entry draws and six provincial nominee draws, Canadian immigration make an exceptional comeback. August month is known as a month of revolution and the same revolutionary spirit has been shown by Canadian immigration for the month.

Express Entry Draws

In August, month Canada immigration declared two Express Entry draws. In total, they have issued 4252 invitations. Moreover, this month two important alterations have been made by the department. First, 500 more invitations have been issued in August than previous July month. Second, the CRS score is constantly reducing which is another positive sign for those who like to move to Canada for permanent residency.

August 31, 2022

• The latest Express Entry Draw #230 invited 2750 express entry candidates. The latest draw hold at 516 CRS points.

August 17, 2022

• The last draw has invited 2250 candidates, with the CRS cut-off of 525 points. This draw was declared under the No Program Specified immigration program.

August 03, 2022

• This was the first draw for the month. The particular draw was declared under the No Program Specified immigration program. Around 2000 invitations have been issued under the draw with a cut-off of 533 CRS points.

British Columbia

Last month the province declared its four weekly draws and invited 629 candidates from the express entry and provincial nominee programs. On the other side, there was a draw declared under the Entrepreneur Immigration category as well that has invited <5 candidates with a 110 score

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

In June month the province has declard two draws. The latest one has declared as the Special Immigration Measure* whereas the prvious one was the normal draw. This month only these two has been declared by the MPNP.

As compare to the previous month this month Manitoba province is declared one draw less. In addition, invited 22 candidates less than the previous month and also not declared the Special Maesure Draw for Ukrainians. However, in yet another month the provincial authorities have not declared any family class draw.

Prince Edward Island Pnp Rounds Of Invitations 2022

The province declared it’s only predeclared draw on 18 August 2022. The draw announced under the Business Impact Category for business owners and senior managers. Total four nominations were issued under the category with the cut-off of 97 points.

• The next draw is expected to declare on September 15, 2022

Quebec Skilled Worker Program (Regular Skilled Worker Program (Rswp))

• This frencopphone province recently announced the eighth draw of the year.
• The latest draw declared on August 9, 2022 at around 6:30 a.m.
• Total 58 number of candidates have received invitations from the Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration
• The invitations eligibility criteria are a valid job offer from outside territory of Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program 2022

August 30, 2022

• The latest draw invited two category candidates. The Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP) candidates and the Masters and PhD Graduate degree holders.
• Under the EMPP category one candidats received the nomination under the foreign Worker Stream.
• Candidate who nominated have recieved invitation based on the Employer Job offer.
• Candidates who are holding the Ph.D & Master degrees from the province have received the nominations from the latest draw.
• A total of 37 Master degree holders and 26 Ph.D degree holders have received the nominations from the province.

August 16, 2022

• Invitations went to the entrepreneur stream under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
• Candidates who scored between 138 to 160 points have received the nominations.
• Those candidates are considered whose Expression of Interest that received until August 8, 2022

Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program

• Saskatchewan province is once again become the Super Star of the month.
• The province announced three draws and invited 2042 in the entire month.
