Highlights of the Latest ACT Invitation Round
- This is the first round of invitations for the month and that has invited candidates from small business categories, 457/482 visa holder category, critical skilled occupations and overseas application category.
- The Business class category nominated 24 nominees from subclass 190. The matrix score for subclass 190 was 75 points. Whereas, 1 invitation is been issued to subclass 491. The matrix score was 70 points.
- 07 applicants for subclass 190 and 01 for Subclass 491 is been nominated from the 457/482 visa holders category.
- Critical skill occupations received the highest number of nominations. 322 invitations went to subclass 190. And 156 invitations to subclass 491.
- Above-mentioned all the invitations have been issued to all Canberra residents. A total of 520 in-land candidates have been nominated in the recent draws.
- In overseas applications, a total of 408 nominations are issued. 13 nominations went for Subclass 190. In addition, 395 invitations announce for subclass 491.
- The next round of invitations is expected to be held on next month dated 27 March 2023.

Analytical Points
- The last invitation round invited 632 aspirants from the in-land and outland categories. In comparison, the latest round invited 919 candidates.
- The current round’s application approvals reach to 1705, which is 346 higher than the previous round.
- On the other side, the application refusals ratio has also raised by 66 applications. However, in comparison to 23 January’s round subclass, 190 per cent decreased by 3 per cent. Whereas, in subclass 491, the refusal rate increased by 1 per cent.
- Eventually, overall pro rata increased by 25 applications for subclass 190 and 15 applications per month with the draw.
