    British Columbia Declared the First Draw of the Month, and Invited 369+ Candidates

    The Form is temporary but class is permanent, the statement truly fits with the province named British Columbia. Although other Canadian provinces have started declaring aggressive draws and winning attention. However, British Columbia always remains constant and consistent. Whether it was a pandemic situation or backlog issue or even anything, the province is constantly declaring its draws week by week.

    Recently on 7 September 2022, the province declared the latest BCPNP draw the province announced the first weekly draw of the month. The latest draw has invited 369+ candidates from the two segmentized draws. The general draw has included tech occupations and invited 361 candidates with the cut-off range of 71 to 95 points. On the other side, 13+ candidates have received the nomination from the occupation-oriented draw with a cut-off of 60 points.

    Highlights of the Latest BCPNP Draw

    • The hierarchy of two segmentized draws continues from the last 1 year or so for British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program.
    • As compared to the last draw which was held on August 23, 2022, this draw closed with a bit down points.
      • The Skilled Worker category closed with six points down
      • Skilled Worker – EEBC option category was down by eleven points
      • International Graduate remains the same with 87 points
      • International Graduate – EEBC option down by three points
      • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled category has gone down four points.
    • Apart from this, the draw has also nominated early childhood educators and health-oriented workers as well.
    • On the other side, the occupation-oriented draw closed the same at sixty points.

    How to Qualify for BCPNP?

    • The province nominates the candidate from Skills Immigration Stream
    • The stream is for those candidates who have the skills, work experience and qualifications that are required by British Columbian Employers.

      • Health Authority
      • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled (ELSS)
      • International Graduate
      • International Post-Graduate
      • BC PNP Tech
    • Basic Eligibility Criteria
      • Must have a full-time, indeterminate job offer from a B.C. employer
      • Job must be under (National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B)
      • 2 years of Work Experience in skill relevant field (NOC – 0, A or B)
      • Meet minimum language requirement (as per category)
