    Latest Update on Saskatchewan PNP - Second consecutive draw held, invited 468 candidates

    The province invited 468 candidates from Express Entry and Occupation-in-Demand categories. The latest draw nominates more candidates through the OID category. However, both categories selected almost similar occupations with a cut-off of 80 points. the latest draw nominated a total of 109 occupations from the different segments.

    Highlights of the Latest SINP Draw

    • Different provinces are started adopting the new TEER system and Saskatchewan is among the early adopters.
    • On November 16, 2022, the new TEER system has been launched by Canadian Immigration. Since then the province declared three draws.
    • However, the noticeable
    • The previous two draws were declared on December 15, 2022, under the category of Express Entry, Occupation-in-Demand and Ukraine special measure.
    • The latest draw nominated the candidates from the standard categories the Express Entry and the OID.
    • Both categories’ cut-offs were 80 points and invited similar numbers of occupations.
    • On the other side, the difference is only between the issued nominations. When the Express Entry category invited 153 candidates. Whereas the OID nominated 315 candidates.

    The second consecutive draw shows the strength of the provincial nomination potentiality. The most amazing part of the back-to-back draws is the number of invited occupations. In the previous draw, the SINP nominated 119 occupations. Whereas, in the latest SINP draw the province has nominated 109 occupations. If you are planning to move to Canada in the year 2023 – 2024 then Saskatchewan should be your targeted province.
