3350 candidates been invited by the Canadian Government in the latest draw number #116 which was held on 1st May, 2019.

450 is the new cut-off score which is one point lower than the 17th April, 2019’s previous draw of 451. November 5, 2018, at 12:27:07 UTC is considered as the tie-break in the recent draw which means the candidates who has their profile in the pool before this date and scores 450 CRS, received an ITA.

This year the total 31,250 of invitations is been issued under the Express Entry which is 6,750 invitations ahead than the last year at same point of time.

The latest cut-off may seem to be in deep water especially for those who fall short around 400 to 430 CRS because this is the 6th consecutive draw in which the CRS remain steady or slightly gone down. However, last year on the October, 31st the Canadian Government disclosed the Levels Plan for 2019-2021 which indicates that the Canada immigration will increase number of migrants through the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Class to around 256,000, over the next three years, whereas another around 2,00,000 new residence will be settled under the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) before the end of 2021.
