Canada
Immigration
Before Christmas, wonderful news came for engineers from Canada. Engineers are in-demand across the world. Canada also feels the same, so the country has planned to invite more and more qualified skilled engineers. As a part of the process, after Australia, Canada also jumps into the pool and added them to the work permit-based stream. As per the latest update, the Global Talent Stream added five new engineering occupations to apply for a Canada Work Permit.
ESDC (Employment & Social Development Canada) has the authority to take care of as well as a responsibility to make occupational changes in the system. As a result, the organization has monitored the situation of raising demand for engineers and put a suggestion to call the high-demand engineers through the Global Talent Stream. Canada Immigration also agreed with the suggestion of ESDC of adding a total of five occupations. As a result, a total of seventeen occupations are now considered in the list.
