Application Guidelines

1. The student applies to Medicine Hat College (MHC) by submitting a typed application form along with the following documents:

• Official transcript of school and post-secondary school
• Passport Copy
• Language Proficiency score
• Application form along with application fee

2. Submit the documents.

3. After reviewing the documents MHC will issue Conditional Acceptance. Students must confirm their seat by payment of $1,500 for final Acceptance.

4. The college sends an email to the student regarding Medicine Hat Portal Information, in that mail, the Student receives mymhc login Username & Password.

5. Students need to confirm their admission in 4 weeks and they will receive information about tuition fee payment and course registration information in their MHC portal.

6. With a pdf copy of LOA and receipt of payment the students are able to apply for the visa. Once the student visa has been approved or denied the student should notify MHC as soon as possible.

• It will take 6 to 8 weeks for LOA from the date of Application.
• Students should register for classes using the registration package before coming to Medicine Hat College.
• Accommodation must also be secured before coming to MHC.
• Students must then notify MHC about their arrival in Canada and Medicine Hat as soon as they know their arrival dates.
• Free Airport Pickup is Available
• Once students receive an offer letter from Medicine Hat College, they can confirm their seat in the program by submission of $1,500 confirmation fees within 40 Days. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you receive a rejection of your visa application in which case only $100 will be withheld.
